congressMake sure your elected officials hear your voice. While emails and letters can be helpful, the most effective forms of communication with a Member of Congress are a personal visit or phone call. Simply call your legislator's local or national office and ask to make a five-minute appointment with either the Member of Congress or the staff member who works on health issues.
